Guía de usuario de St. Jude MyChart

Bienvenido a St. Jude MyChart

St. Jude MyChart le brinda acceso en línea a la historia clínica de su hijo. Puede ayudarlo a formar parte de la atención médica de su hijo y comunicarse con sus proveedores.  

Esta guía le ayudará a navegar por las distintas funciones de St. Jude MyChart.  

Iniciar sesión en MyChart de St. Jude 

  1. En su navegador web o aplicación móvil, ingrese mychart.stjude.org/mychart.
  2. Ingrese su nombre de usuario y contraseña de St. Jude MyChart, y haga clic en la opción Iniciar sesión.

¿Qué debo hacer si olvido mi nombre de usuario o contraseña?

Haga clic en el enlace  ¿Olvidó su nombre de usuario? o ¿Olvidó su contraseña? , que se encuentra debajo de los campos de inicio de sesión. Se le solicitará responder algunas preguntas de seguridad para verificar su identidad y así poder recuperar su nombre de usuario o contraseña. Si después de 5 intentos no consigue recuperar su contraseña, se le solicitará que la restablezca. Si no logra restablecer su contraseña después de 5 intentos, su cuenta será desactivada y deberá comunicarse al número 901-595-4636.
